IT Data and Systems Director

Summary:

• Reports to: IT Director

Description:

**We will not be reviewing applications for this position until November (due to a planned sabbatical within the IT Team).  All submitted applications will be held until that time.***

The IT Data & Systems Director will oversee the maintenance and support of the databases and IT systems.  This position will ensure data accuracy and integrity including reports, workflows, registrations and metrics data.  Will assist in the management (installation, configuration, maintenance) of software and hardware throughout the organization.  Will provide timely technical support to staff and end users.  Position will lead the Church Management System team and co-lead the IT Strategic Planning volunteer team.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated by following Jesus in community for others.
• Must attend Pathway Church, or agree to attend Pathway Church following employment.
• Must have proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in database management and IT support.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of network processes and their impact on system connectivity.
• Technical proficiencies: SQL, Azure, Hyper-V and Rock RMS preferred. Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, Word) required. Must be able to learn applications quickly.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and troubleshooting aptitude to resolve technical issues.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to provide end user support.
• Must be willing to be on-call for IT emergencies and serve as backup IT Director when needed.
