    Times: 9:00 AM /10:30 AM

    Drop Off / Check-in Guidelines

We ask that only one parent per family drop-off children. You will find social distancing decals on the floor to instruct you where to stand. Check-in will be done at the normal check-in kiosks but will now require two stops:

    First stop…
Each child will be directed to get a temperature check. Parents will be asked to answer the COVID-19 “Health and Safety Guidelines” questions for each child. Masks are required for all K-5th grade children. If your child does not have, one will be provided at this stop.

    Second stop…
The parent / guardian & their child(ren) will be directed to the children’s check-in tablets where a check-in attendant will check-in your child(ren), print, and hand you your child(ren)’s nametags. Your children will be encouraged to use hand sanitizer before going into the children's area. Traffic will flow one direction through the children’s atrium entrance and out the exit door located at the west end of the children’s hallway. Social distancing circles will instruct you where to stand once in the children’s hallway.

    Pick-Up Guidelines

Again, we ask that only one parent per family pick-up children. You will find social distancing decals on the floor. You will be required to “show” your children’s pickup tags. We will not collect them. Make sure you have this tag ready for pick up. Please wait outside the classroom door for your child(ren), a volunteer will bring them to you. Your child will not be sent home with any take home papers. Instead, you will be able access the weekly lessons & videos using the Parent Cue app. To help navigate through this process, there will be a QR code posted outside your child’s classroom door for you to scan using your smart phone. We would be happy to help you with the download process and/or walk you through the app itself.

    Nursery & Preschool

This age group is not required to wear a mask. To help control the spread of germs, children will not be allowed to bring any personal items with them into the children's area. Instead of leaving a diaper bag we ask that you leave one, or two diapers with your child’s name on it. Snacks and sippy cups will no longer be offered in the toddler and preschool rooms. Please plan accordingly. We’ll have worship, a video story, and touchless activities that will be fun & engaging all while practicing social distancing where feasable.

    Elementary K – 5th Grade

Masks are required for this age group. To help control the spread of germs, children will not be allowed to bring any personal items with them into the children’s area. We’ll have worship, a video story, small group discussions, and touchless activities all while practicing social distancing where feasible.

    Health Safety

All volunteers will be required to wear a mask and have their temperatures taken before entering the children’s area. Any items or surfaces that are not single use/ disposable will be disinfected before and after each service time. That includes high touch surfaces, toys, chairs, mats and restrooms.

We have been working hard the past couple of months to create a space for your children that is first and foremost SAFE, and secondly FUN & ENGAGING! We are so excited to have your kiddos back in the children’s area again and can’t wait to dig into God’s word with them and teach them what it looks like to follow Jesus!

It is our desire to come alongside you as parents / guardians and partner with you as you navigate through this time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

The Neighborhood

Birth–5th Grade

Every weekend all children experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. This is an exciting time and we encourage you to get your children plugged in so we can partner with you as you raise the next generation of leaders to follow Jesus!
