• Compensation: Dependent upon qualifications
• Reports to: Valley Center Campus Pastor

Position Requirements:

• Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated by following Jesus in community for others.
• Must have a passion for seeing the Gospel infiltrate and develop in the hearts and lives of the next generation
• Must have strong leadership skills to mobilize volunteers and build teams.
• Must have organization and administration skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Must actively participate as a member of the Valley Center Campus team.
