• Position Title: Middle School Pastor
• Classification: Full-time
• Location: Westlink Campus
• FSLA Status: Exempt
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience
• Reports to: Westlink Next Generation Pastor

Description:

Position Requirements:

• Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated by following Jesus in community for others.
• Must have a passion for seeing the Gospel infiltrate and develop in the hearts and lives of the next generation
• Must have strong leadership skills to mobilize volunteers and build teams.
• Must have organization and administration skills and be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
• Must be a team player
• Previous experience building and leading a team of volunteers preferred.
• Degree in youth or pastoral ministry preferred, but not required.
