For God so loved the world that He sent Jesus, friend of sinners, man of sorrows, Lord of glory and light of the world. Rejected, refused, condemned and crucified. Buried in a borrowed tomb, forsaken and forgotten. After 3 days later he stepped out of the grave and into a garden, and the same will be true of all who trust Him.

As we celebrate Easter, we are reminded of the victory that was won through Jesus on the cross. We get to celebrate the defeat of Friday’s tomb into new life in the garden, new life that we all get to experience as His children.
