Spiritual Life Survey

What is "Spiritual Life"? Well, spirituality means knowing that our lives have significance beyond everyday existence. One sign of spirituality includes deepening connections with others, which we can do by walking with them. This survey allows us at Pathway to serve our church body better and to assess the needs of those that call Pathway Church their church home.

Definitions:
Walking with someone: Helping another person grow in their faith with Jesus in an ongoing way.
Serving in our community: Serving/Volunteering outside of our church building (e.g. at a homeless shelter, food bank, school, etc.).
Involvement: Participation in activities that lead others to "Following Jesus, In Community, For Others".
