Spiritual Discovery Groups are designed for people who are spiritually curious but not yet believers. In a welcoming group setting, participants explore their questions together, discovering what faith is about through open conversation and shared reflection. This 5-week training (meeting every other week) equips you to lead your own Spiritual Discovery Group centered on meaningful questions, thoughtful listening, and discerning where God is already at work in someone’s life. Rather than focusing on having all the right answers, you’ll learn how to create safe, honest conversations where spiritual curiosity is welcomed and faith can take root. You will discover how to recognize spiritual openness, respond with wisdom, and invite others to take their next step toward Christ — all in a way that feels natural, relational, and Spirit-led.
