Be at Peace with Each Other
OPENING PRAYER:
Dear heavenly father, please help us all finish strong on this subject and put these words into action in all of our lives.
“If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” Romans 12:18
REFLECT:
How can other people come to Christ and be saved if we can’t express the same kind of love that God has expressed to us all? So many people have been surrounded by the negative aspects of the world out there. All they need is some love from the followers of Jesus. A beacon of hope can inspire a wounded soul to accept a love that will fill their hearts with the same kind of peace and hope that has consumed God’s children. Without it, no one will see how amazing God’s unconditional love is.
APPLY:
When you get the chance, make peace with people who need the gospel most.
CLOSING PRAYER:
Father God, thank you for all the devotionals this week. Please guard us with your love and spread your ways and truth to as many souls as we can and honor you.
