Westlink Wednesday Night Childcare (Birth-PreK)
Members of Home Teams that meet on Wednesday can utilize the childcare at the Westlink Campus from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. during their group meeting. Wednesday Night Childcare serves Birth-PreK. (Please Note: In May and August, childcare will be offered for children birth through 5th grade.)
The rate is $4 per child per night. Please pre-register in advance and the weekly registration deadline is Monday at 3:00pm. You may register by week, month or semester.
Staffing for childcare rooms will be based on weekly registrations. Only children that have been pre-registered will be allowed to use childcare each night. Walk-in childcare will not be available. You may select the nights that you plan to attend and only pay for those. The nights that you have registered for, but are not able to attend, are non-refundable and non-transferable. (This includes snow days, illness, etc.)
First Time Registrations
If this is your first time registering for Wednesday Home Team Childcare this semester, please click the "Register" button. After logging in or creating an account, you'll be asked to select the number of children you are registering and then you'll be guided through a form for each child. Be sure to select the weeks you would like to pay for on each child's form.
Returning Users
If you have already registered for Wednesday Home Team Childcare this semester and need to add/pay for additional weeks, please log in to your account to access your existing registration. Here are step by step instructions if you have any trouble.
