Position Requirements:
- Must have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated by following Jesus in community for others and lived out with discernment and humility.
- Must have a commitment to the beliefs, vision and mission of Pathway Church.
- Must have strong leadership skills in: relating to students and adults, vision casting, and team work ethic.
- Must have the ability and passion to mobilize and recruit volunteers (vocalists and instrumentalists).
- Must lead weekend worship services at the Valley Center Campus.
- Must participate as a member of the campus staff.
