Position Requirements:
- Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated through balanced living, knowledge of the Bible, consistent prayer life and a commitment to communicating the Word of God in a relevant way. Must demonstrate moral integrity, knowledge and obedience to the Word of God, and submit to Biblical authority
- Must lead Worship during weekend services in the Café.
- Must have a passion to recruit, select, train and equip Praise Team members (vocalist & instrumentalists) for the Cafe
- Must work closely with the Café Lead and Westlink Worship Director in planning weekend and special services.
- Must provide support for Special Events at the Westlink Campus, including the Cafe
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must attend Pathway Church (or agree to attend Pathway after employment)
