The Neighborhood

Birth–5th Grade

We believe kids need two important things in their lives as they grow up: a person and a place. At Pathway, we provide both. Kids connect with awesome, caring leaders who love Jesus. Those leaders help shape kids’ faith by being present in their lives. We also create a place for kids to belong and learn more about God’s Word in a fun and safe environment.       Our activities tickle all the senses making mastering the concepts a blast. Crazy fun activities, crafts, large group Bible story, worship time, and small group Bible time are all part of the plan to help kids believe three key things by the time they are five years old:

      • God made me.
      • God loves me.
      • Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

      Our Parent and Child Dedication service is a public commitment before God, church, and family. It provides you, the parent, an opportunity to express your desire to lead and spiritually nurture your child, to develop in them the desire to love God and love others.

    • Weekend

      We want kids to know what God says so that they can make the wise choice. They need to know who God is so they can recognize His character. As kids learn to apply this wisdom in their lives, we hope that they will begin to see God’s character in themselves.

      Our goal is for every child who is a part of our weekend services to grow up and say:

      • “I need to make the wise choice.”
      • “I can trust God no matter what.”
      • “I should treat others the way that I want to be treated.”

      The Elementary Team wants to see each and every child experience the life changing message of Jesus Christ. We want to help kids begin their faith journey with Christ and to help them take next steps along the way. One step for them to take is to decide to put faith in Christ by accepting Him as their Lord and Savior.

Kids with Special Needs?

We want all families to be able to experience God at Pathway . If you have a child with special needs, we have a place for them! Our dedicated volunteers are ready to share Jesus’ love with your child with a Bible lesson, singing, and lots of fun. Parents can rest assured their child is in safe hands.
